  每年脊柱神经外科的大会都在见证中国神经外科脊柱专业的快速发展，这一方面体现在参加这一专业领域的医生越来越多，并且涌现出了一批专注于脊柱领域的神经外科医生;与此同时，开展的业务范围越来越广，在保持显微外科优势基础上，微创减压、内窥镜技术已及经皮微创固定甚至微创矫形等技术都得到了快速发展，真正迎来了中国脊柱神经外科的春天。   第五届全国脊柱神经外科年会将于2015.9.17-20在美丽的海滨城市青岛举办，第五届中国医师协会全国脊柱神经外科大会由中国医师协会神经外科分会CCNS(Chinese Congress of Neurological Surgeons)主办，首都医科大学宣武医院以及上海复旦大学华山医院共同承办。与此同时举办的首届中美神经脊柱外科学习班，美国神经外科学会AANS (American Association of Neurological surgery)及神经外科研究教育基金会NREF(Neurosurgery Research & Education Foundation)派出了强有力的专家团队，将在实验室直接指导学员的训练操作。青岛和睦家(United family hospital)医院高端实验室为高质量完成学习班提供了后勤保障。会议期间，来自韩国的神经脊柱外科专家团队也将为我们带来宝贵的经验。本次会议也得到了中华医学会神经外科分会以及中国神经脊柱外科协会(CNSA, China NeuroSpine Association)的大力支持。   第五届中国医师协会全国脊柱神经外科大会及临床学习班，将为您提供一个交流知识和技术的平台，也是相互交流友谊的好机会。相信在推动我国脊柱神经外科的快速发展方面，一定会起到重要作用。作为会议主席，我们诚邀您的参加。   大会主席：   菅凤增 车晓明   首都医科大学宣武医院 上海复旦大学华山医院

  The AANS and NREF are delighted to partner with Professor Jian, professor Che and the CCNS this year for the first joint cadaveric neurosurgical training course. We appreciate the fantastic and unparalleled hospitality of our hosts from Xuanwu and Huashan hospital who are providing this unique opportunity to advance a standardized training program for Chinese neurosurgeons.
  We hope that this will be the first of many joint courses to enhance the collaboration between American and Chinese neurosurgical thought leaders. Thank you for your participation and enthusiasm for improving the care we provide to our spinal patients.
