3.4临床处治新方法的探索OKC导致颌骨破坏及其术后复发倾向依然是 困扰临床医师的两大难题。术前采用Carnoy固定液[23]或冷冻制剂[24]处理囊肿衬里上皮，可有效地降低术后复发率；应用袋形术治疗OKC，可有效控制病变的骨内生长，显著促进受累颌骨的修复[16-18]。对这些保守性处治方法的疗效评估和作用机理研究，将对OKC治疗方案的选择、降低复发率和提高患者术后生活质量等方面产生重要影响。OKC分子发病机制研究的不断深入（如Hh通路异 常激活与OKC发病的关系），也将为探索分子靶向治疗（如采用小分子Hh通路抑制剂）提供新线索。
