中心供氧系统可减轻劳动强度
我院使用液态氧中心供氧一年多来,与原钢瓶氧供氧相比较,其优越性主要体现在:由于通过管路到使用终端,用截止阀门控制使用,所以安全、快捷、方便,提供的液化气态氧,因减少了压缩、充灌以及换瓶等环节,其纯度可达99.9%;液态氧的利用率可达90%以上,高于钢瓶氧(10~15)%;同时便于管理,减轻了劳动强度;而且经济实惠。
医用中心吸引、中心供氧系统(以下简称“系统”)中配备了大量的真空表、氧压表和浮标式氧气吸入器等医用强检计量器具。为了保证我市在用系统正常运行,我所自1998年通过计量认证后,便开展了系统的检测。2009年我们检测了35个系统。系统中包括350多块氧压表、3900多块真空表。
呼吸器与中心供氧系统的连接装置,配套十分合理、使用极其方便,解决了中心供氧输出的恒定压力不能应用高频呼吸器的局限。设计思想高频通气是20世纪80年代发展起来的新技术,高频呼吸器属电控气动型,操作方便,临床使用十分广泛。
