目前关于妊娠期甲状腺疾病研究尚缺乏高质量的循证医学证据，针对该合并症的筛查方式、筛查人群以及筛查指标等均存在一定争议。但随着对妊娠期甲状腺疾病的认识与重视，其筛查策略也在发生改变，由初的认为没有足够的证据支持筛查到近年来对高危人群进行筛查，甚至扩展到对全体妊娠期孕妇进行普筛。我国指南甲状腺疾病筛查时机选择在妊娠8周以前，好在孕前进行筛查。同时建议将TSH、FT4 TPOAb作为妊娠期甲状腺疾病的筛查指标。相信随着研究的深入，对妊娠期甲状腺疾病的筛查方式会更加明确，同时这也迫切需要高质量的随机对照研究以获得循证医学证据。
